Nancy Smith founded the 3-day workshops in 1993. Nancy has many years of experience as an innkeeper and has worked in a wide range of successful B&Bs throughout California and the United States. She has a wealth of information and resources to share with participants.

President of BBI Sam Neft, Candlelight Innkeeper and Owner, is present during the sessions, working with the instructors and students to keep everything moving as smoothly as possible.
