Her experience in the bed and breakfast industry includes interim innkeeping, B&B management, consulting, and teaching workshops for aspiring innkeepers. Wendy now owns and operates the award-winning Candlelight Inn in Napa Valley, CA. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Professional Association of Innkeepers International (PAII) and helped develop their Interim Innkeeping Certificate Program. Wendy has spoken at state and national innkeeping conferences, and written for numerous B&B industry publications.

D.R. Peck is an Internet Marketing professional with over 12 years experience in search engine optimization, marketing and advertising. With an MBA and years of vendor negotiation experience, D.R. helps innkeepers optimize their business efficiency through improved vendor contracts and development of efficient business systems.

BBI Founder Nancy Smith has been innsitting since 1986. She founded the Bed & Breakfast Innstitute of Learning to instruct those who also wanted to become innsitters. Nancy speaks nationally at conferences and seminars on the topic of innsitting as a business.
